Senior Brand Manager (Lead), Global Innovation Mayo
Join Kraft Heinz as a seasoned marketing leader to drive and deliver global innovation in mayonnaise under our flagship Heinz brand. As a member of our Growth Office, you will lead a high‑performing cross‑functional team and launch innovative products that drive business growth across the world.
Responsibilities
Develop and drive global innovation strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives in the Mayonnaise category.
Lead a dedicated Agile Pod team (5+ person cross‑functional team focused on launching new innovation).
Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within the team.
Collaborate with business units and cross‑functional teams to develop and implement innovation initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization, influencing and negotiating to drive innovation initiatives forward.
Communicate complex innovation strategies and plans to non‑technical team members.
Drive significant revenue growth through innovation initiatives, achieving specific innovation metrics such as time‑to‑market, customer adoption, or return on investment.
Be responsible for the P&L, competitive analysis and retailer sell‑in materials (in partnership with business unit).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
8+ years of experience in marketing for an established or startup CPG company, with prior experience in innovation.
Experience in both employee management & cross‑functional team management.
Demonstrated ability to influence teams and experience managing multiple stakeholders.
Ability to simplify complex problems and make decisions quickly in pursuit of constant forward progress.
Critical thinker with a consumer centric & growth mindset – learn fast vs. avoid failure.
Strong personal motivation in fast‑paced, often ambiguous environment, with a bias for action.
Strong “big picture” perspective, while also delivering the innovation initiative at hand.
Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills to internal/external partners.
Excellent strategic and analytical skills; ability to use syndicated data sources to assess competitive space, bringing forth insights and recommendations to integrate into overall strategy.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Understanding of Financial P&L.
Compensation & Benefits New Hire Base Salary Range: $137,400.00 – $171,700.00 Eligible for a performance‑based bonus as provided by the plan terms.
