As needed, with flexible shifts in labor and delivery, clinic, or surgical settings based on departmental needs and physician availability

About the Role This per diem role is ideal for a board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN physician who enjoys flexibility and wants to be part of a dynamic and supportive hospital-based team. Responsibilities may include:

Inpatient coverage for labor and delivery and obstetrical emergencies

Outpatient gynecologic care in clinic

Surgical procedures as appropriate

Participation in collaborative care with midwives, hospitalists, and specialists

Qualifications

MD or DO degree

Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts

Strong clinical skills and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
