Regional Site Management Lead to join our Clinical Operations team. This pivotal role serves as the regional representative responsible for overseeing the operational delivery of clinical trials across all phases . You will work closely with
investigator sites, CROs, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely startup, patient recruitment, database lock, and study close-out, while ensuring continuous monitoring oversight and inspection readiness . Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or life sciences field
(advanced degree preferred). Minimum 6+ years of
clinical research experience, including direct site monitoring (CRA) responsibilities. At least
3+ years in a lead CRA, CRA manager, or monitoring oversight capacity . Deep understanding of
regional clinical research guidelines and trial execution strategies . Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed, global environment. Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills. Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% or more based on study needs. Seniority level
