Strategic Account Manager – Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Strategic Account Manager with strong experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) to drive client relationships, strategic growth initiatives, and business expansion opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of corporate strategy, deal execution, and post‑merger integration within the technology or consulting industry.

Manage strategic client relationships and ensure alignment with business objectives and long‑term goals.

Drive end‑to‑end M&A engagement processes including target identification, due diligence, and integration planning.

Collaborate with executive leadership to develop growth strategies, partnership models, and account expansion plans.

Identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue potential.

Work closely with finance, legal, and operations teams to support deal structuring and execution.

Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and M&A opportunities relevant to client portfolios.

Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication, strategic insights, and value‑driven account management.

Lead business reviews and provide data‑backed recommendations for account growth and risk mitigation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.

8+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Strategy, or M&A roles within IT services, consulting, or financial domains.

Proven success managing large enterprise accounts and executing M&A or strategic partnership initiatives.

Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and deal lifecycle.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
