Scope : Lead global IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and systems integration across multiple international sites.

Key Responsibilities Define and align IT strategy with business goals.

Drive digital transformation and standardization.

Lead cross-functional, international IT teams.

Cybersecurity & Compliance

Lead initiatives in cybersecurity risk management and incident response.

Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection standards.

IT Operations

Oversee enterprise systems: ERP (preferably JD Edwards), CRM, cloud tools.

Manage infrastructure, networking, and support across global sites.

Implement metrics and reporting tools to monitor performance and ROI.

Mergers & Acquisitions

Lead system integrations and standardization post-acquisition.

Qualifications Education :

Bachelor's in IT/Computer Science required.

Master's/MBA preferred.

Experience :

10+ years in IT leadership, ideally in manufacturing or industrial sectors.

Proven experience with global IT operations and teams.

Deep experience in M&A IT integrations.

Strong ERP and cloud system expertise.
