Review and verify certified payroll reports for accuracy and compliance with California Labor Code and other regulations Manage and maintain certified payroll records in LCPtracker, ensuring timely submissions Communicate with subcontractors to guide them through certified payroll requirements Generate compliance documentation for audits and internal reporting Assist in training sessions for staff and subcontractors on payroll reporting and LCPtracker usage What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum 2 years of experience in certified payroll compliance, preferably in California public works Proficiency in LCPtracker and familiarity with related compliance systems Strong knowledge of California Prevailing Wage Law and labor compliance regulations Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with construction or engineering firms managing multiple public works contracts Knowledge of Davis‑Bacon and HUD reporting requirements Certification or coursework in labor compliance, construction management, or public works administration We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
