Effectively communicate with internal and external customers to establish mutually beneficial relationships. Provide support to the Associate Director, Contracts and to complex contractual matters, collaborating proactively with relevant stakeholders. Support the development of pre‑negotiation objectives and implement negotiation strategy reviews as part of the proposal development process. Represent Raytheon independently on significant transactions while building and maintaining trusting relationships with complex customers. Qualifications You Must Have
University degree or equivalent experience; minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree and minimum 7 years of experience. Experience with U.S. Government contracts under FAR and DFARS. Experience supporting U.S. Government contract negotiations. Qualifications We Prefer
Demonstrated ability to shape results and influence executive leadership. Excellent communication skills and proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with complex customers. Strong teamwork and relationship building based on respect and trust. Excellent time management and organizational skills. What We Offer
Competitive salary range: $124,000 - $250,000.
