Execute matters on an active Other Transaction Authority (OTA); Bid and negotiate a five year production IDIQ that transitions the IFPC Program to a FAR/DFARS based program; Bid and negotiate Foreign Military Sales (FMS) opportunities; Provide contractual and business guidance to the Program Management Leadership; Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to establish mutually beneficial relationships; Provide support to the Associate Director, Contracts; Support complex contractual matters and help reach resolution through proactive collaboration with relevant stakeholders; Support development of pre-negotiation objectives and implement negotiation strategy reviews as part of the proposal development process; Represent Raytheon independently on significant transactions while developing and maintaining trusting relationships with complex customers. Responsibilities and Requirements
Strong experience with FAR/DFARS/DCS terms and conditions risk assessment and negotiations; Understanding of implications of international work; Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills; Subject matter expertise in general contracting; Ability to provide contractual and business guidance to senior program leadership. Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience. Experience with U.S. Government contracts under the FAR and the DFARS; Experience supporting U.S. Government contracts negotiations. Qualifications We Prefer
Ability to shape results in support of objectives and influence executive leadership; Excellent communication skills and ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with complex customers; Demonstrated ability to work within a team and develop relationships based on respect and trust; Excellent time management and organizational skills.
