Role Overview
Account Executive at an autonomous market research firm delivering AI‑driven insights to enterprise customers.
Location
San Francisco, California (5 days/week in office)
Compensation
$125k – $163k + competitive equity
Base Pay Range
$125,000 – $163,000 per year
Years of Experience
2+ years as an AE at B2B SaaS startup closing $50k+ ACV deals and managing enterprise contracts.

Responsibilities
Outreach + engagement: contact leads via email, cold calls, conferences, and more. Manage inbound and referral leads. Lead gen + prospecting: research potential customers, generate leads, and build a consistent outbound sales pipeline. Attend industry events and develop connections to drive future sales growth. Qualification + closing: run discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups to qualify close new customers. Build proposals and ROI cases that convince qualified prospects to buy. Negotiate contract terms when needed. Process improvement: improve internal sales processes (slides, call scripts, meeting templates, contract terms, CRM workflows, metrics, dashboards, etc.). Run weekly “Sales Review” meetings company-wide to review deals and answer questions. Cross‑team work: work with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product to consistently delight customers. Work with our co‑founding team on all things sales and revenue related.
Qualifications
2+ years as an AE at B2B SaaS startup closing $50k+ ACV deals and managing enterprise contracts. Enterprise AE experience preferred over mid‑market experience. Experience selling into marketing, software engineers/IT, design or product at B2B startups. Track record of being a top performer (100%+ attainment, President’s Club). Exposure to larger contract negotiations and managing multiple internal stakeholders. Ex college athlete / Investment Banking experience a plus.
