Define project scope, timeline, and budget in collaboration with stakeholders, and manage execution to ensure financial and operational integrity
Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including meetings, documentation, and status reporting
Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to align project execution
Act as the primary contact for client-facing communication and technical documentation
Lead risk management by identifying, assessing, and mitigating project-related risks
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related technical field
10+ years of progressive experience in project or program management roles
Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex technical projects in material handling, logistics, or automation systems
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SAP, MS Office suite)
Experience working in matrixed and multicultural environments
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma)
Demonstrated financial and analytical acumen in cost forecasting and resource planning
Strong project planning, stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills
