Base Pay Range
$18.00/hr - $20.00/hr
Position Overview The Supply Chain Tech is responsible for the day‑to‑day receipt and distribution of supplies to medical center units and affiliates. The role promotes the institutional iCARE values, the iConnect Service Behaviors, and exemplifies the Supply Chain mission and vision while acting in accordance with client policies and procedures.
The Supply Chain Tech is typically assigned to one of four primary functions: supply re‑stock, order sort & distribution, resupply cart stocking, or shipping/receiving.
Assignments are determined based on departmental needs and can be changed without prior notice.
Responsibilities
Receive, pack, and unpack items for stocking and delivery to shelves, bins, or point‑of‑use locations.
Count and record stock items accurately using manual or computer methods.
Verify inventory par levels by comparing physical counts and reorder replenishment stock accordingly.
Ensure accuracy of received supplies by comparing packing lists with delivered goods and inspecting for damage, defects, or breakage; report issues to the supervisor.
Meet Supply Chain Policy #1 job performance standards and all scheduled timelines.
Load and offload AGV system supply carts and park/stage carts for next utilization.
Use the AGV system touch screen correctly to send cart types to scheduled locations.
Clean and maintain shelves and workstation areas to comply with safety and infection control regulations.
Answer all telephone calls in accordance with the department's telephone script, ensuring proper answer and timely actions.
Apply iCARE and iConnect in all inter‑ and intra‑department interactions.
Perform any and all Supply Chain job functions as assigned or required.
Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED, required.
One year working experience in a service industry position or equivalent job experience.
Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
Physical strength, resilience, and endurance are required due to the vigorous work pace of daily repetitive tasks and the weight of the merchandise.

Mid 5x8-Hour (15:00 - 23:30) Job Duration:
