Job Title: IT Program Manager
Location: Hybrid (must be available onsite as directed)
Interview: WebCam/ In-person
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all tasks associated with projects of moderate to high complexity and risk.
Oversee and/or provide project management consultation across all SDLC phases.
Collaborate closely with OIT teams, DAS business leads, vendors, business analysts, and subject matter experts.
Manage projects per Statements of Work (SOWs), vendor contracts, and steering committee directives.
Assist clients during project initiation in identifying effective strategies to meet objectives.
Develop and maintain project management tools and plans for scope, risk, communication, change control, and performance tracking.
Monitor project performance and report regularly on status, milestones, and risks.
Lead meetings, evaluate scope changes, and advise project sponsors on actions.
Conduct product verification at project close and facilitate lessons learned reviews.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field or specialized training and three years of IT project management experience.
PMP certification from PMI or equivalent certification.
Hands‑on experience with MS Project, MS Visio, SharePoint 2013, and MS O365.
Required/Desired Skills
PMP Certification from PMI or equivalent. (MUST UPLOAD CERTIFICATION)
Experience within the last 5 years leading/coordinating vendor managed projects.
Bachelor’s degree in related field or specialized training and IT project management experience.
Hands‑on experience with MS Project, MS Visio, SharePoint 2013, and MS O365.
Experience working in public sector IT.
Experience working in an outsourced environment.
Executive level written and oral communication skills.
Communication skills both verbal and written.
