Business Systems Analyst – P2P SAP / Ariba
Location: Santa Clara, CA – Hybrid | Duration: 6 months+ | Employment type: Full‑time | Seniority level: Mid‑Senior
Responsibilities
Configure and implement Ariba Upstream and Downstream processes, driving end‑to‑end Source‑to‑Pay projects.
Design and maintain SLP workflows for supplier onboarding and perform mass data uploads and downloads into the Ariba platform.
Lead cross‑functional teams across geographies and collaborate with procurement, accounting, and sourcing functional areas.
Apply SDLC & Agile practices, crafting functional solutions to complex business problems and ensuring high quality, customer‑centric delivery.
Qualifications
8–10 years of experience in Ariba Upstream and/or Downstream configuration and procurement & accounting implementation.
Strong functional configuration experience in Procurement, Accounting, and Sourcing and end‑to‑end Source‑to‑Pay project delivery.
Proficient in mass data management and troubleshooting of SAP tables and technical TCODES relevant to P2P.
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Finance, Information Technology, with required SAP experience.
Additional SAP or Ariba certifications are a plus.
