Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba P2P/S2P Solution Architect to align technology with business strategy by designing and implementing end-to-end procurement solutions using SAP Ariba. The role requires delivering best-in-class solutions to drive business value, serving as a subject matter expert in Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, and guiding clients through digital transformation initiatives. You will combine deep SAP Ariba expertise with broad procurement transformation experience to architect end-to-end solutions across global enterprises. Location and travel : Hybrid with up to 50% travel to client locations. Candidates located within 25 miles of a DXC office may be required to work onsite two times per week. Responsibilities

Requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and user support, often within the context of SAP S/4HANA or Ariba, aligning with customer business strategy and SAP best practices Define and own the solution architecture across Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Guided Buying, Contracts, Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, and Ariba Network integrations Lead the design and implementation of SAP Ariba P2P/S2P solutions and define integration strategies with ERP/third-party systems leveraging middleware or APIs Partner with business leaders to translate procurement objectives (cost optimization, supplier collaboration, compliance, process efficiency) into system-enabled capabilities Conduct workshops, translate business needs into functional specifications, and ensure alignment with SAP best practices Design and configure SAP P2P solutions, including modules like Materials Management (MM), Financial Accounting (FICO), and Ariba for e-procurement Create and maintain solution documentation, roadmaps, and functional configurations Support system configuration, testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), data mapping, cleansing, and migration activities Provide training, guidance, and mentoring to end-users, project teams, and client stakeholders; act as escalation point for design decisions, integration challenges, and process alignment Identify optimization opportunities and support business case development for ROI and adoption through enhancements Leverage analytics, automation, and AI capabilities within SAP Ariba and the broader SAP ecosystem to unlock new business value Presales & Business Development

Act as a subject matter expert in SAP Procurement to influence client decisions and transformation strategies Collaborate with sales teams to position SAP Procurement solutions during client engagements Prepare and deliver solution demonstrations, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs Contribute to RFP/RFI responses by aligning SAP Procurement features with client objectives Build strong client relationships by articulating solution benefits, ROI, and supporting new deal acquisition Qualifications

10+ years of SAP experience with the ability to configure SAP P2P settings and customize the system to meet business needs Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies Experience with SAP ERP integration and middleware tools Expertise in SAP Ariba modules including Buying & Invoicing, Supplier Management, Contracts, Strategic Sourcing, and Supply Chain Collaboration Proficiency in creating technical documentation and training materials; strong communication and stakeholder management Solid understanding of P2P and S2P business processes Proficiency in ABAP development or SQL may be required; SAP Ariba certification is highly desirable Familiarity with procurement technologies such as AI, automation, and advanced analytics Knowledge of procurement processes across modules like MM, FICO, and Ariba Compliance & Equal Opportunity
