Running deal processes from term sheet through close
Drafting and negotiating key transaction documents
Working directly with clients and partners on strategy and execution
Helping drive the firm’s continued growth
Supporting PE portfolio company activity and general corporate needs
About You
4+ years of experience handling M&A and private equity transactions
Comfortable leading workstreams with minimal oversight
Skilled in drafting purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, and ancillary docs
Confident in direct client interaction and taking point on negotiations
Ready to grow into a leadership role in a lean, high‑impact team
