Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay: $43.00 – $50.00 (based on experience/mobile)
Monthly Bonus: Up to $600/month
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (for full-time positions)
PTO: 25 days in your first year

Position Summary The
Mobile Radiologic Technologist, Driving
(“Mobile RT”) works with Medical Providers and Medical Assistants to perform technical procedures and apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis. The role includes patient x‑rays, reporting results, and administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our Centers. The Mobile RT needs a flexible travel schedule, a valid driver’s license, and vehicle access.
Key Responsibilities
Under the clinical direction of the Medical Provider, perform x‑ray services for patients of all age groups.
Ensure patients are positioned correctly on or in front of equipment and protected during use.
Travel between multiple sites to provide X‑ray services.
Push patients in a wheelchair when needed.
Follow operating instructions to perform and document daily controls and calibration of equipment; maintain Quality Assurance/Quality Control logs for equipment, troubleshoot breakdowns, perform preventive maintenance, and submit repair tickets as needed.
Maintain flexibility and responsiveness to patient and organizational needs across the region.
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures (preferred).
Excellent time‑management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Social perceptiveness and service orientation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software (preferred).

Education Qualifications
High School Diploma (required)
Graduate of accredited Radiologic Tech program (required)
Certifications (Required At Time Of Hire)
Basic Life Support (BLS) required at the time of hire.
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration required.
Applicable state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist required.
Valid State Driver’s License.
Must pass MVR background check.
Experience
Previous clinical experience preferred.
