Radiologic Technologist (Mobile-Local) with a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus. Location: Danbury, Brookfield. Full-Time | Mobile-Local. Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay: $43.00 – $50.00 (based on experience/mobile) Monthly Bonus: Up to $600/month Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (for full-time positions) PTO: 25 days in your first year About Nuvance + GoHealth Urgent Care: We’re a partnership between Nuvance Health and GoHealth Urgent Care. Together, we deliver patient-centered urgent care across the Hudson Valley and Western Connecticut. Position Summary The Mobile Radiologic Technologist, Driving ("Mobile RT") works with Medical Providers and Medical Assistants to perform x-ray procedures for radiologic diagnosis. The role includes providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our Centers. The Mobile RT Driving travels between sites to provide X-ray services and supports patients, Medical Providers, and Medical Assistants in patient care management, organization, and communication. The role requires flexible and responsive travel within the region. Travel requires access to a vehicle, a valid State driver’s license, and passing an MVR background check. Key Responsibilities Under the clinical direction of the Medical Provider, perform x-ray services for patients by applying x-ray energy to assist in diagnosis or treatment (ages newborn to elderly). Ensure patients are positioned correctly and protected during imaging. Travel between multiple sites to provide X-ray services. Assist with patient mobility (e.g., pushing a patient in a wheelchair). Follow operating instructions to perform and document daily controls and calibration of equipment; maintain QA/QC logs; troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and submit repair tickets as needed. Travel requires flexibility and responsiveness to patient and organizational needs. Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures preferred Excellent time management and ability to multi-task and prioritize Service-oriented with strong social perceptiveness Excellent written and verbal communication Strong organizational and planning skills Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software preferred Core Competencies Collaboration: Establish productive partnerships and prioritize the greater good of the organization and those served.
