What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of the AI Acceleration & Training program
Partner with AI training teams to scale distributed training platforms for performance optimization
Lead the delivery of core libraries, frameworks, and infrastructure for autonomous driving software development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and prioritize features
Identify technical and program risks early and lead mitigation strategies
What is Required (Qualifications)
10+ years of technical program management experience, including 5+ years in data, AI/ML, robotics, or autonomous systems
3+ years of direct experience in Level 4 Autonomy
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
Proven track record of managing complex cross-functional programs involving hardware, embedded software, and data pipelines
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the automotive industry
Knowledge of AV software development pipelines and Continuous Integration systems
