Responsibilities
Drive the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of the AI Acceleration & Training program
Partner with AI training teams to scale distributed training platforms and optimize performance
Lead the delivery of core libraries, frameworks, and infrastructure for autonomous driving software
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and prioritize features
Identify technical and program risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies
Qualifications
10+ years of technical program management experience, with 5+ years in data, AI/ML, robotics, or autonomous systems
3+ years of direct experience in Level 4 Autonomy
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs involving hardware and data pipelines
Deep familiarity with Agile program delivery, Jira, Confluence, and technical development workflows
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the automotive industry
Knowledge of autonomous vehicle software development pipelines and Continuous Integration systems
