This role is based in our Auburndale, MA office. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Commissions Analyst to join our Revenue Integrity team during an exciting time of growth and transformation. As we navigate a merger and consolidate multiple commission systems and plans, you'll play a key role in supporting the accurate and timely calculation of sales commissions using Xactly. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience with a leading commissions software platform and learn how scalable compensation structures are built and optimized during a merger. Specific responsibilities include: Support the administration and processing of sales commissions using Xactly Incent Assist in gathering, validating, and loading sales performance data from multiple sources Help reconcile and consolidate legacy commission plans into unified structures Assist in identifying and resolving commission discrepancies and responding to sales rep inquiries Participate in testing new or updated plans in Xactly to ensure accuracy Document processes and contribute to SOPs as legacy systems are phased out Support ad hoc reporting and data clean-up during the system consolidation process Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Finance, and HR during the transition Qualifications
