The Associate Mgr. Digital Merch is responsible for creating/implementing/optimizing online product presentation to optimize Hershey's digital shelf and drive sales and consumer/shopper engagement. The role uses data analytics to improve product discoverability, managing product listings, coordinating with marketing teams, and developing strategies for e-commerce platforms, website and apps. The role requires a blend of analytical, technical and creative skills, and the ability to stay current with digital trends in CPG industry. Needs to know the consumer & shopper journey in an omnichannel world to inform how Hershey makes its portfolio of snacks available where, when and how the consumer wants it.
Responsibilities
Product Presentation: Develop, execute and optimize Hershey product detail pages, including titles, description, images, and content, across digital channels like websites and mobile apps. Digital Merch solutions need to be aligned to shopper marketing plans & brand/portfolio and customer strategies for assigned Retail Partners (Convenience Drug & Dollar). Partner with Consumer Connections, lead integrated campaign across in-store, digital and social platforms.
Data Analysis: Analyze performance metrics such as conversion rates, traffic, and user behavior to inform merchandising strategies and make data-driven commercial decisions.
User Experience: Improve product discoverability and site navigation through strategies like optimizing search logic and category structures.
Planning and collaboration: develop solid digital merch plan to build momentum and drive business results, collaborating with teams such as Shopper Marketing, Consumer Connections, Insights, etc. to conduct continuous optimization based on performance and evolving shopper trends.

Creates linkages between internal/external, global/local, brand/portfolio, risk/opportunity to drive business results and long-term shopper loyalty in an omnichannel world.
Proficiency on digital merch solution, retailer e-comm platforms, web analytics and content management. Strong ability to interpret data, track KPS, and use insights to drive business decisions. Knowledge of digital marketing trends and consumer/shopper behavior. Familiarity with retailer strategies, shopper and priorities. Creative problem solving and strong marketing levers understanding.
Qualifications
Experience: 4+ years of work experience in Digital Merch, e-comm , Shopper Marketing or Omnichannel Marketing within the CPG Industry.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
Other Qualifications: Experience working with Retailer across the C-Store, Drug & Dollar Channel.
