Senior Reliability Engineering Manager - Industrial Manufacturing Join a leading industrial manufacturer as our Senior Reliability Engineering Manager, where you'll leverage your electrical and mechanical expertise to drive operational excellence and lead our maintenance reliability initiatives. This role offers a clear path to advancement, with the opportunity to become Maintenance and Reliability Superintendent within 6-12 months. Position Overview
As our Senior Reliability Engineering Manager, you'll spearhead the development and implementation of reliability-centered maintenance strategies, focusing on electrical systems and equipment optimization. This key leadership role combines technical expertise with strategic planning to enhance plant performance and reduce downtime. Key Responsibilities
Lead reliability-centered maintenance programs across industrial manufacturing operations Develop and implement predictive/preventive maintenance strategies for critical equipment Direct electrical systems maintenance and upgrades, including high-voltage applications Oversee contractor management and compliance with EHS regulations Drive continuous improvement initiatives using reliability engineering principles Manage capital projects from conception through implementation Analyze equipment performance data to optimize maintenance strategies Lead the development of electrical/mechanical PM/PdM programs Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering 5-15 years of engineering experience in industrial maintenance reliability Proven experience with high-voltage electrical systems Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and reliability-centered maintenance practices Experience with MSHA regulations and mining operations Reliability certification Why Join Us?
