Our Risk Advisory practice provides a full spectrum of services to help our clients assess their risks, develop strategies to compete in an ever-changing business environment, and achieve their goals and objectives. All of this is accomplished through deep industry knowledge of risk, governance, internal audit, compliance, IT, and cybersecurity best practices. What You\'ll Do Provide leadership, management and strategic direction with a focus on delivering exceptional client service, fostering learning for associates and achieving financial success through growth and sound fiscal decisions Translate firm vision and strategy into an actionable business plan, set objectives, and monitor progress Collaborate with marketing to develop sales and marketing plans, pursue expansion of services within existing clients and new clients, and participate in proposals Coordinate firm resources to deliver the best products and services to clients Ensure team members receive meaningful training and development, challenging work, timely and thoughtful feedback, and recognition Oversee profitability including utilization, appropriate rates, and timely fee collection Work with client executives to understand their businesses and identify and manage financial and operational risks within their systems to ensure technology risks are managed Develop in-depth knowledge of clients\' businesses, think strategically about risks, and recommend process improvements Provide strategic business advice by implementing new processes and controls addressing key risks Assess, manage and optimize risk across areas including operational audit, ERM, and SOX compliance Review client processes and controls against industry frameworks, identify gaps, and communicate recommendations Be responsible for significant new business development, including identifying and pursuing risk advisory opportunities at large health systems in PA, NJ, NY region Produce executive summaries and final reports, documenting engagement work papers per industry practices Act as a trusted business advisor, build relationships and deliver superior client service Lead professional and effective presentations to internal and external audiences Qualifications

Strong candidates are recognized industry experts with well-rounded experience in risk services Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, or related program CPA or CIA designation(s) required 12+ years of experience in risk advisory, internal / external audit, business process reengineering, and / or internal controls; health care or hospital internal audit experience preferred 7+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring and coaching associates Successful track record of building and growing a Risk Advisory practice (team, client base, revenue) Proven track record of new business development in healthcare in PA, NJ, NY region Ability to lead and supervise others, deliver exceptional client service, stay current on applicable strategies, and maintain ethical standards Ability to travel as needed for client engagements Seniorit y level
