The new CEO will play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial strategy, accelerating market penetration, and driving sustainable growth in a rapidly evolving genomic landscape. Responsibilities: Define and execute a clear business strategy that aligns scientific strength with commercial objectives. Drive market expansion, especially into pharma and IVD sectors, where demand for genomic data and precision diagnostics is surging. Represent the company to strategic partners and investors, articulating a compelling value proposition to stakeholders. Oversee operations and ensuring the lab delivers high-quality sequencing services while remaining agile and scalable. Requirements: Proven commercial leader in life sciences, diagnostics, or sequencing services or a seasoned lab operator with a track record of scaling operations and revenue. Deep understanding of NGS technologies, genomics applications, and the broader precision medicine landscape. Strong network in pharma, biotech, and/or IVD, with the ability to open doors and forge strategic partnerships Experience leading teams in growth-stage or mid-market companies.
