Handle a diverse caseload of business and commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery responses in state and federal court Manage discovery, including depositions, written discovery, and document review Conduct legal research and develop case strategies aligned with client goals Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials Collaborate with partners and clients to deliver effective, results‑driven litigation strategies Qualifications

Licensed to practice in Colorado 2+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on commercial and / or employment litigation Proven experience handling cases through all phases of litigation Strong background in business disputes, contract litigation, and complex case management Experience with construction or creditor / lender disputes is a plus Equal Opportunity Employer
