Position Overview
The Senior Relationship Banker is responsible for the execution of traditional consumer banking activities for retail banking customers. The incumbent leads branch activities, processes all customer transaction requests, and converts transactions into qualified sales or referral leads. The incumbent adheres to all FNB policies, strategies, programs, and core values and may be required to work at various locations within the market. The successful candidate also serves as a risk manager, understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring daily risk encounters as required by F.N.B. Corporation’s risk management program.
Primary Responsibilities
Promote the sales process through leveraging sales leads, outbound calling, greeting customers, and identifying customer service and product needs. Make appropriate recommendations in selling and cross‑selling Bank products and services. Identify and achieve weekly sales goals set by the Branch Manager. Incorporate FNB digital products & services into customer interactions. Using FNB approved branch technology, input and maintain effective data quality for all referrals, customers, and applicants. Responsible for the completion and lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards. Assist with the management of daily sales activity, assist with pre‑shift sales huddles, and monitor and measure sales results. Complete operational duties of the branch as assigned by scheduling work, providing direction, monitoring workflow, maintaining supplies, opening and closing the office, ordering and managing vault cash, and ensuring all tasks performed adhere to the current policy and procedures. Perform routine operational duties, including traditional teller transactions and other operational tasks according to established policies and procedures. Perform other related duties and projects as assigned. Serve as a risk manager, understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring the risk encountered daily as required by F.N.B. Corporation’s risk management program.
