Location: Denver, CO
Target Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year.
Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10% and an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%. These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon achievement of performance goals and targets.
Responsibilities
Support Accounting Management by maintaining and updating a documented system of accounting policies, procedures, and process documents.
Work with the Advisory Asset Services group on integration between ALF, BETA & Oracle systems.
Prepare daily reconciliations of miscellaneous accounts on the General Ledger.
Prepare/review daily cash reconciliations and investigate differences.
Prepare periodic, month-end, and quarter-end journal entries to properly account for general ledger and intercompany activity.
Prepare month-end reconciliations for general ledger accounts and quarter-end roll forward schedules.
Prepare financial and regulatory reporting schedules related to general ledger activity.
Provide business unit support for internal management reporting initiatives.
Collaborate with business units and accounting personnel on quarterly forecasting requirements.
Understand SOX documentation for accounting and other business units.
Ensure process documentation and desktop procedures are accurate and updated.
Assist with special projects as directed by Accounting Management.
Prepare support for independent public accounting auditors, regulators and internal auditors as directed by Accounting Management.
Provide analytics for accruals, including interactions between US GAAP, regulatory and SEC requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years of accounting experience
