This role offers a competitive base pay of $85,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year, along with uncapped commissions, 401(k) with company match, full medical/dental/vision coverage, PTO and holidays, and flexible/remote work options.
Job Details Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and win new industrial accounts in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and heavy equipment sectors.
Build strong relationships with procurement, operations, and supply chain leaders to become a trusted advisor.
Create and execute territory growth plans, collaborating with internal teams to deliver flawless service and innovative solutions.
Represent the company at trade shows, customer sites, and industry events.
Qualifications:
5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial products, wood packaging, lumber, or manufacturing.
Proven success in managing the full sales cycle.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
