We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Outside Sales Representative

to join our client's company. This role is responsible for building relationships with new and existing clients, generating sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a proven track record in sales. Candidates need to have at least 2 years of outside sales experience in the industrial packaging sector. Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Additional compensation

Commission | Uncapped commission Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients within assigned territory. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person meetings. Conduct on site product demonstrations, presentations, and consultative sales discussions to understand customer needs and recommend solutions. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts in collaboration with internal teams. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings. Provide ongoing account management and customer support to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position the company’s offerings. Location & Travel

This is a traveling outside sales role. You will visit clients in your geographic territory up to 4 days a week. The geographic territory is Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, Florida When you are not visiting clients, you will be remote Qualifications

Proven success in outside sales, business development, or a similar role (B2B sales experience preferred). Experience selling industrial packaging equipment. One or more of the following: strapping machine, stretch wrap machine, case sealer, polyester strapping machine, polypropylene strapping. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to travel within assigned territory as required. Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and general sales technology. Competitive base salary plus
