West Texas Premix pits is currently seeking an experienced HSE coordinator/ manager to join our team. Responsibilities
Promote a safe workspace culture amongst the company Hold regular safety meetings in large groups or smaller tailgate meetings Monitor a drug screening program Handle case management for incidents Conduct Investigations, root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Routine inspections of employees and equipment in the field Work with management to achieve safety goals Communicate safety needs of customers Manage our standings in customer portals (ISnet, Pec, etc.) Create handbooks Certify employees in customer required classes (H2S, Safeland, basin) Requirements
3 year experience in the safety field Electrical knowledge ( but not necessary) Communication Skills: Ability to communicate needs from employees and management on customer and company needs. Computer Skills: Basic knowledge such as word, excel, etc. (Experience with a digital safety software is a plus) Valid Driver License Bilingual ()
