Marketing Manager – The University of Texas at Austin
Join the LBJ School of Public Affairs to lead comprehensive marketing and communications initiatives, driving brand consistency and enrollment growth.
Key Responsibilities
Direct supervision of Events & Program Manager and Multimedia Producer.
Execute weekly team meetings, report to the CMCO, and oversee editorial oversight of the LBJ website.
Lead marketing and communications efforts for Executive Education and Governor’s Center.
Manage web projects, conduct quarterly content audits, create email newsletters, and design email marketing campaigns.
Identify, evaluate, and recommend paid advertising strategies to boost brand visibility and enrollment growth.
Support Executive Education and Governor’s Center by managing promotional content, partnership building, sponsorship outreach, and lead generation.
Measure campaign performance and recommend paid strategies to drive growth.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of strategic marketing or related experience.
Demonstrated ability to craft accurate, grammatically sound written content and independently generate compelling online content.
Knowledge of SEO/SEM principles and best practices; experience overseeing paid advertising campaigns.
Strong project management skills, coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing complex timelines.
Preferred Qualifications
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Ads, and related tools proficiency; Google Analytics certification desirable.
Content management system experience (Drupal or WordPress).
Basic photo and graphic design skills using Adobe, Canva, or similar tools.
Working Conditions
Standard office conditions; hybrid work options available.
Salary Range $80,000+ depending on qualifications
