An Overhaul Senior Product Manager is responsible for defining and driving the product strategy and roadmap, focusing on delivering maximum impact based on data, research, and company strategy to create a world‑class supply chain integrity solution. They own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, growth, and maintenance, collaborating with Engineering, Design, UX, QA, Integrations, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure a strong user experience and successful go‑to‑market. Responsibilities

Align team goals, success metrics, and roadmap with Overhaul’s mission and define KPIs. Generate and maintain a team‑level roadmap to visualize deliverable timelines and track progress. Concisely document product and feature goals to align disparate teams. Create business cases and conduct ROI analyses for new products documented within Product Justifications. Take ownership of the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, growth, and ongoing maintenance. Generate strategy documents for Product Verticals and monitor launched features, feeding insights back into development. Balance and negotiate cross‑product functionality with other Product Managers and Engineering leads. Work closely with Design, Product Marketing, Engineering, Customer Success, Key Internal Stakeholders, and Customers to enhance engagement and embed solutions within customer ecosystems. Drive product launches, new releases, develop product pricing and positioning strategies alongside Sales & Marketing teams. Lead cross‑functional alignment to keep Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success unified through launches and ongoing evolution. Utilize data analysis, market research, and company strategy to inform product decisions and prioritize features. Discover through research, confirm business assumptions, and define clear metrics for success, pivoting based on insights. Participate actively in technical discussions with engineers to assess feasibility, overcome blockers, and mitigate technical debt. Manage technical debt against competing priorities to ensure scalable product delivery. Formulate and own the product vision narrative, communicating it to leadership, customers, and partners. Manage, develop, and coach a high‑performing Product Development team, ensuring interlock with Engineering, Integrations, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to craft world‑class products and feature sets that delight customers. About You

At least 5 years of product management experience in high‑growth tech companies or related areas such as Supply Chain, Risk Management, Shipping, or Procurement. Demonstrated experience defining, launching, and scaling innovative products while maintaining a customer‑centric approach. High analytical skills, strong understanding of technology, and business sense guiding ROI‑based prioritization. Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to succeed in a collaborative, innovative, and rapidly evolving industry and business organization. Proactive approach to driving product development and launch from scratch, hands‑on experience creating prototypes. Experience in defining the customer journey and creating a positive user experience. A natural leader with strong business acumen capable of defining strategy, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving cross‑functional teams toward success. What We Can Offer
