This role is pivotal in measuring, analyzing, and optimizing campaign performance across digital and traditional channels. Campaign Performance & Reporting
Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness across email, social media, web, paid, and earned channels Clean, segment, and analyze marketing data using HubSpot and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Build intuitive dashboards in Looker Studio that blend metrics with narrative insights Identify audience trends, engagement gaps, and growth opportunities Collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager to refine messaging and targeting Strategic Insights & Optimization
Translate data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders and leadership Design and evaluate A / B and multivariate tests to improve campaign outcomes Deliver pre- and post-campaign analytics with strategic recommendations Forecast trends and assess attribution models to guide future planning Data Management & Tools
Ensure accurate tagging and tracking via HubSpot, GA4, and Google Tag Manager Maintain data integrity across CRM, automation, and analytics platforms What You Bring
Hands-on experience in marketing analytics and campaign execution Proficiency in HubSpot (custom reporting, workflows, lead scoring) Strong command of GA4 for analyzing user behavior and conversion paths Expertise in data visualization and storytelling for executive audiences Familiarity with statistical tools for audience segmentation and trend analysis Background in a marketing team or department is strongly preferred Interest in public policy is a plus
