Clinic Setting: Outpatient orthopedic clinic focused on evidence-based, hands-on care.
Salary: $90,000–$108,000 per year + $750 monthly bonus + full benefits Salary is based on experience, skills, and job-related factors.

Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy in an outpatient orthopedic setting
Create and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with clinical team members
Build relationships with patients and the local community
Maintain documentation using a modern EMR system
Comply with all state and federal regulations
Services Offered:
Orthopedic and sports physical therapy
Manual therapy and functional rehab
Pre- and post-operative care
Return-to-sport and return-to-work programs
Chronic and acute condition management
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Active California Physical Therapist license (or license eligible)
