Demand Generation Manager

to architect and execute high-impact, integrated marketing programs that directly accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.

Based in our Denver or Charlotte hubs , this role will play a pivotal part in transforming how we attract, engage, and convert buyers — leveraging

This is a highly strategic and cross-functional role. The Senior Manager will

own the SDR/BDR function , lead field marketing, and collaborate closely with sales, product, and content marketing teams to ensure marketing outputs align directly with revenue goals. You will oversee a growing demand generation organization, including two analysts, and play a hands‑on role in shaping account plans, orchestrating integrated campaigns, and building programs that engage prospects throughout the full funnel.

The ideal candidate is both a strategist and an operator — someone who understands the mechanics of modern B2B demand generation, can partner effectively across go-to-market functions, and is skilled at using data, automation, and intent signals to design programs that convert. This person must also have a

deep understanding of industry marketing , be comfortable engaging with customers and internal stakeholders, and thrive in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and scale demand generation programs that deliver qualified pipeline, accelerate deals, and directly support revenue targets.

Manage and integrate the SDR/BDR function to ensure seamless alignment between marketing-generated demand and sales execution.

Own field marketing, building targeted programs that support sales objectives and drive deeper customer engagement in key markets.

Collaborate tightly with sales leadership, product, and content marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and offers with buyer needs and revenue goals.

Design and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns — including ABM, digital, content-driven, and event-based initiatives — that engage buyers across the full funnel.

Leverage predictive buyer intent signals, account planning frameworks, and funnel analytics to prioritize programs and maximize conversion.

Be able to lead Demand Generation as an individual contributor, working closely with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations and other teams in the organization.

Must have small team management experience, guiding execution, optimization, and performance measurement across campaigns and programs.

Establish campaign KPIs, reporting frameworks, and performance dashboards to measure effectiveness and guide strategic decision-making.

Champion a data-driven culture of experimentation and continuous optimization through A/B testing, segmentation, and ROI analysis.

Engage directly with customers and industry stakeholders to inform go-to-market strategy and strengthen messaging resonance.

What you’ll need

8+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience with a track record of delivering measurable pipeline and revenue growth.

Proven ability to design, execute, and optimize integrated, full-funnel demand generation programs across digital, field, ABM, and outbound channels.

Experience managing SDR/BDR teams and collaborating closely with sales leadership to drive shared pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Deep understanding of industry marketing dynamics, with the ability to engage credibly with customers, product teams, and go-to-market leaders.

Mastery of account planning, funnel mechanics, buyer journeys, and predictive intent strategies to prioritize opportunities and accelerate conversion.

Hands‑on expertise with core demand generation tools, including Marketo, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LeanData, and 6Sense.

Strong analytical and attribution skills with the ability to build dashboards, analyze performance, and make data-driven decisions.

Exceptional cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence across sales, product, and marketing teams.

Strategic mindset paired with operational execution — able to build programs that scale and deliver tangible business outcomes.
