OSG is seeking a

Director, Demand Generation

within our Marketing Department to build and scale our demand engine. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and conversion across the entire buyer journey—fueling pipeline growth, accelerating deal velocity, and delivering measurable revenue impact.

We help organizations in highly regulated industries—like financial services, insurance, healthcare, and utilities—streamline billing, payments, and communications to deliver secure, engaging, and personalized customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Own demand generation strategy and execution

across inbound and outbound channels including digital, paid media, email, SEO/SEM, content syndication, webinars, events, ABM, and partner programs.

Design and run integrated campaigns

targeting key verticals (e.g., financial services, healthcare, property management) to position OSG’s CCM and CXM solutions as the market leader.

Partner with Sales leadershi p

to align on pipeline targets, refine ICPs, improve lead scoring, and ensure seamless lead handoff, tracking, and conversion.

Develop full-funnel programs

that build awareness at the top, nurture and educate prospects in the middle, and accelerate opportunities at the bottom.

Expand OSG’s SEO/AI search strategy

to capture and convert intent-driven traffic, leveraging emerging AI search platforms to increase qualified leads.

Leverage intent data and predictive

to prioritize accounts and optimize outreach.

Oversee marketing automation and nurture programs

(Pardot preferred) to engage prospects with personalized, multi-touch cadences.

Scale paid programs

across LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic, and partner networks to maximize ROI.

Build partner co-marketing programs

with key technology and channel partners to expand reach and accelerate joint pipeline creation.

Use data-driven insights

to monitor campaign performance, A/B test creatives and offers, and continuously optimize spend and conversion rates.

Report on KPIs and performance metrics

including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influenced, cost per lead, and ROI to senior leadership.

Stay ahead of market trends, martech innovations, and best practices

to ensure OSG’s demand engine is modern, scalable, and competitive.

Qualifications

7-10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior demand generation role.

Proven success building and scaling demand engines that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth in a SaaS, fintech, or business services environment (preferably in CCM, CXM, print and mail, digital communications, or payments).

Strong expertise in campaign planning, lead nurturing, funnel optimization, attribution modeling, and revenue marketing.

Hands‑on experience with Salesforce, Pardot (or similar MAP), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools, and reporting platforms (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

Familiarity with ABM and intent data platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, Bombora).

Track record of building multi‑touch campaigns that influence executive‑level buyers in regulated industries.

Metrics‑driven mindset with a test‑and‑learn approach and ability to turn insights into actions.

Excellent collaboration skills with experience aligning marketing, sales, product, and client success teams.

Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and marketing budgets to maximize results.
