We are seeking an exceptionally sharp problem solver, analytical, and driven Strategic Advisor to the CEO. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a candidate who thrives in fast-paced environments, is process-obsessed, and is capable of operating as a right hand to the CEO. You will monitor, analyze, and drive performance across 12 functional areas (including Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, Implementation, Hypercare, and more), identify gaps, and directly coordinate with functional heads and individual contributors to ensure alignment with company goals. The ideal candidate has a strong educational background from a Top Institution, with consulting experience at McKinsey/BCG/Bain or equivalent, or experience with a VC backed SaaS company growing rapidly in the $5 to $100M range. Key Responsibilities

Performance Monitoring: Build predictive models to track and forecast each function’s contribution toward target ARR growth. Sales Analytics: Evaluate each Account Executive’s pipeline movement vs. quota. Track BDR demo scheduling, cancellations, and conversion rates to ensure accurate conversions. Manage bonus and commission calculations. Marketing ROI Tracking: Analyze channel performance and spend efficiency, reallocating budget based on ROI. Financial Planning: Support CEO in building hiring plans, burn rate analysis, and expense projections. Coordination & Gap Resolution: Work directly with functional heads and individual contributors to identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions. CEO Advisory: Act as a thought partner to the CEO, bringing forward insights, risks, and recommendations proactively. Process Optimization: Standardize reporting, analytics, and decision-making processes across all functions. Cross-functional Influence: Operate as an extension of the CEO in meetings and communications to drive accountability. Qualifications

Bachelor or Masters degree from a Top Institution. +7 years of relevant experience. Background in top-tier management consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar), or top SaaS companies in a similar position. SaaS company experience in the $10M–$100M ARR in rapid-growth phases. Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, communication, and coordination skills. Proven track record of influencing at all organizational levels. This is work from office position in Houston 5 days a week with no flexibility to remote work. You must be based in Houston, TX (no relocation provided). Traits for Success
