We’re hiring a Strategy & Operations Lead who has experience in management consulting and startup operations for a high‑growth startup in San Francisco. The company is building AI workers that automate communication for logistics and supply‑chain businesses—replacing endless calls and emails with intelligent, self‑operating agents. As the Strategy & Operations Lead, you'll help us scale the internal systems that keep a fast‑growing AI company moving quickly and effectively.
This is a
hands‑on operator role , not a strategy‑only position. You’ll work across teams to improve processes, drive execution, and enable the company to scale smoothly.
What you’ll do Identify and fix operational bottlenecks across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering. Deliver cross‑functional projects that improve how we collaborate and execute. Own tools, documentation, and reporting that make our systems faster and clearer. Support planning, goal tracking, and performance reporting. Collaborate with every team to keep priorities aligned and blockers removed.
What we’re looking for Solid experience including consulting e.g. McKinsey, Bain, or BCG and startup or scale‑up operations. Structured, analytical, and proactive in execution. Comfortable in high‑tempo, evolving environments. Strong communicator who works well with diverse teams and perspectives.
