VP of Automotive Lending The

VP of Automotive Lending

will lead a team of sellers focused on revenue generation, Equifax growth, and end-to-end account excellence within the vertical. This highly engaged, client‑facing sales role is responsible for customer relationships and engagement within the account, orchestrating Equifax resources to drive sales and revenue growth across the full solution portfolio.

What you will do

Foster and maintain Customer trust

Grow revenue across the full Equifax Enterprise solution portfolio

Orchestrate Equifax resources to deliver Customer value and satisfaction across the full Customer lifecycle

Identify, develop, manage, and close new customer opportunities spanning all solutions

Engage with active and potential clients on a consultative basis to understand their business challenges, anticipate needs, and position optimal, innovative solutions

Drive the team’s successful execution of revenue goals as they sell highly complex solutions in a consultative manner with buyers, decision makers, influencers and client executives

Influence strong pipeline development and sales execution

Strengthen the business relationship by expanding the ways in which Customers rely on Equifax as a trusted advisor

Develop strong working relationships with Client economic buyers, decision makers, and influencers

Leverage Account, Solution, and Delivery Pre‑Sales/Sales resources effectively and at appropriate times to move opportunities forward and to maintain Customer satisfaction

Lead Account Strategy and Planning motions with a cross‑functional team to align Customer business imperatives with Equifax solutions

Prepare & conduct periodic Customer business reviews

Guide teams in strategic sales pursuit planning, RFI/RFP response development, contracting and negotiation, account strategy development and other planning activities

Manage contracting and contract compliance

Participate as a key component of the customers business with involvement in business planning and development, system integration, marketing and product launch, timeliness and deliverables

Identify cross‑sell opportunities

Understand the customers business, industry segments and processes plus linkages within these industries and the platform providers beyond the immediate customer

Responsibility for strategic planning, growth initiative development, and leading client innovation sessions

Establish relationships at all levels within the organizations giving ability to drive solutions and identify both opportunities and potential issues

What experience you need

10+ years of progressive B2B sales leadership experience

Proven track record of driving significant new revenue and acquiring new logos

Bachelor's Degree

Strong technical proficiency in relevant sales tools and platforms, such as Salesforce

Deep industry experience in risk, data, and credit within the automotive lending vertical

Intellectually curious and insights driven, with a focus on market innovation

Ability to deliver results and play to win, with a strong competitive drive for new business in a competitive market

Drive excellent execution, particularly in new market penetration

Equifax is required by law to include a good‑faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $170,830.00 to $250,000.00. This position is also eligible for additional incentive programs.
