Enable onboarding of customers and drive successful adoption of the Hugo RAS™ system Establish and utilize customer success business systems to monitor account performance and provide insights Advocate for customers to ensure they receive adequate support and resolve challenges Cultivate strong relationships with key hospital personnel to enhance the value of Hugo services Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer success into marketing and training initiatives What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree in science, business, or relevant disciplines 10+ years of experience in Clinical Sales, Marketing, Strategy, or Business Development in a highly regulated industry 7+ years of experience in the medical device industry with interaction in Operating Room settings Expert knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office tools Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) Independent thinker with the ability to address complex problems across business functions Experience in medical device commercialization efforts, including sales and marketing We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
