About the Role:

The Demand Manager/Inventory Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring optimal inventory levels and accurate demand forecasting to support business operations and customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for analyzing sales trends, market data, and historical demand to develop reliable forecasts that drive inventory planning and procurement decisions. The role requires close collaboration with supply chain, sales, and production teams to align inventory strategies with business goals and minimize stockouts or excess inventory. By leveraging data analytics and inventory management tools, the Demand Manager/Inventory Analyst helps improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. Ultimately, this position ensures that the right products are available at the right time and place to meet customer demand while maintaining inventory accuracy and financial targets.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years relevant business experience in Supply Chain Management - Business Planning, with a focus on SIOP and inventory optimization

Proven track record of implementing and leading SOP/SIOP processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, MIS, Engineering, or related field (Master’s )

Deep understanding of supply chain, business, planning in a manufacturing environment.

Strong business acumen, business intelligence, and analytical ability to translate our data into digestible business information for multiple stakeholders.

Minimum 5 years SAP ERP: MM, SD, PP, experience

MS-applications (Word, Advanced Excel skill level, PowerPoint, Access)

Qualifications:

Advanced degree or certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS CPIM or CSCP).

Experience with advanced data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, or Tableau.

Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

Knowledge of financial principles related to inventory costing and budgeting.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and institutionalize the SOP/SIOP process, leading change management initiatives and training cross-functional stakeholders. ·

Develop, maintain, and continuously improve statistical and collaborative forecasts across product categories and customer segments.

Lead monthly Demand Reviews as part of the SOP/SIOP process, coordinating input from Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

Perform extensive data analytics, including extracting, compiling, reviewing, interpreting, visualizing, and communicating action plan recommendations for Senior Leadership, leveraging multiple business systems, tools, metrics, and reports.

Identify demand trends, seasonality, and outliers; collaborate proactively with stakeholders to address risks and opportunities.

Build scenario planning models to evaluate the impact of promotions, product launches, and major customer events.

Leads the material supply phase-in / phase-out transition plans related to new products, changing suppliers, and / or other related activities and incorporates such plans into the SOP/SIOP Demand Planning Process ·

Integrate SAP ERP and planning tools to enhance forecast visibility and planning accuracy. ·

Maintain forecast KPIs and dashboards, and report regularly to senior leadership on performance and risks.

Support root cause analysis on forecast variances and develop corrective action plans. · Collaborate on SKU rationalization and portfolio optimization strategies.
