Provide end‑to‑end business consultative services in business strategy, planning, process engineering, or transformation. Apply continuous improvement disciplines, including Lean, Six Sigma, and system/industrial engineering, to design, develop, and deploy integrated process or technical solutions. Lead multidisciplinary teams at DLMP level and across divisions on moderate to difficult projects independently. Train and mentor teams on improvement tools, deliver workshops, e‑learning, webinars, and presentations, and facilitate staff development in process improvement techniques. Qualifications

Masters degree in engineering (industrial preferred), management, business administration, healthcare, or computer science, or similar field with 6 years of experience in consulting, continuous improvement, operations analysis, workflow analysis, staffing analysis, process engineering, systems analysis, leadership and facilitation, team building, and project management. OR Bachelors degree with 8 years of experience in the same areas. Additional Skills and Qualifications

Preferred Mayo Quality Gold Fellow certification. Demonstrated track record of excellent interpersonal skills, expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement tools, and change management. Ability to lead projects independently, effective communication as a liaison among DLMP operations, and successful collaboration with physicians, consultants, administrators, and allied health staff. Exceptional time management, communication, and facilitation skills. Publish posters, articles in business, scholarly, or peer‑reviewed journals and present at nationally recognized conferences. Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Microsoft Access & Project; simulation packages (ProcessModel, MedModel, Process Simulator); statistical packages (Minitab, JMP). Compensation
