Job Overview

Provide end-to-end business consultative services with business strategy and planning, business process engineering, or business transformation. Lead multidisciplinary teams at DLMP level across divisions on moderate to difficult projects independently. Train and mentor teams on improvement tools and deliver continuous improvement workshops, webinars, and e-learning content. Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and deploy integrated process and technical solutions. Facilitate the introduction of new tools and methods to improve existing operations. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and system engineering disciplines. Design, develop, and deliver on-demand workshops, e-learning, webinars, and presentations. Transfer knowledge and develop staff expertise in process improvement techniques. Provide mentorship to Systems Engineers and other DLMP staff. Qualifications

Masters degree in engineering (industrial engineering preferred), business administration, healthcare, computer science, or similar field with 6 years of experience, OR Bachelors degree with 8 years of experience in consulting/advising, continuous improvement, operations analysis, workflow analysis, staffing analysis, process engineering, systems analysis, leadership & facilitation, team building, and project management. Additional Skills and Qualifications

Mayo Quality Gold Fellow certification is preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills and proven track record of leading independent projects. Expert knowledge in Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement tools, and change management. Experience applying Lean and change management in a dynamic environment. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Access, Project, simulation packages (ProcessModel, MedModel), and statistical packages (Minitab, JMP). Benefits Highlights
