Investment Associate – Integra Investments Join the Acquisitions and Investment Management team as an Investment Associate. You will underwrite and execute new investment opportunities while supporting the management and execution of existing assets, exposing you to multiple property types across the full investment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Create and review detailed financial models in Excel to evaluate prospective and existing investments.

Analyze internal and external underwriting models to evaluate potential investment opportunities and execution strategies across asset classes.

Conduct detailed market research on supply/demand fundamentals, economic trends, comparable rents, sales and lease transactions, and competitive landscapes.

Maintain and update the internal deal pipeline database.

Prepare presentation and investment materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Assist in acquisition due diligence, including review of leases, contracts, operating statements, financial projections, property reports, market data, etc.

Support all legal aspects of transactions, including LOIs, PSAs, DAs, JVs, and loan agreements.

Coordinate with legal, financial, and technical consultants throughout the investment process.

Draft investment and due diligence memoranda for investment committees and partners.

Interact with lenders, brokers, property managers, and investment partners to facilitate transactions and inform strategies.

Support the execution of business plans for owned assets, including oversight of consultant or management teams when applicable.

Monitor asset performance, review operating statements, update internal valuation models, and perform analyses regarding existing property strategies.

Prepare asset‑and portfolio‑level reports and analyses for Integra’s investors.

Contribute to firm‑wide initiatives, strategic projects, and new business opportunities across asset classes.

Collaborate across teams in a flat, entrepreneurial environment.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, economics, or a related field with strong academic performance.

2+ years of experience in commercial real estate with direct involvement in valuing real estate, or relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or related financial fields.

Required Skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Argus Enterprise is a plus.

Proficiency in leveraging emerging technologies, including AI‑enabled tools, to streamline research, analysis, reporting, and asset management workflows.

Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Detail‑oriented and comfortable reviewing and commenting on complex legal agreements to identify key risks and obligations.

Ability to multi‑task, prioritize effectively, and work both independently and in a team environment.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, detail‑oriented approach.

Physical Requirements On site, downtown Miami. Work is primarily performed in a ventilated office setting, at a desk with a computer and monitor for extended periods. Recommended ability to sit for long periods, use keyboard, mouse, normal office equipment, and lift up to 10 lbs. Occasional local, regional, and national travel less than 10 % of time.
