Key Responsibilities
Own the financial planning and analysis process for key business areas (e.g., SaaS revenue, R&D, customer acquisition)
Build dynamic financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and strategic decisions
Analyze business performance and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools
Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to align financial plans with business goals
Support board presentations, investor reporting, and fundraising efforts (if applicable)
Assist in pricing strategy, ROI analysis, and customer lifetime value assessments
Contribute to automation and improvement of FP&A tools and processes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA a plus)
4–6+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment
Strong modeling and Excel skills; proficiency in financial tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan)
Experience with BI/reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Familiarity with subscription/SaaS metrics (e.g., ARR, CAC, churn, LTV)
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for non‑financial stakeholders
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, data‑driven environment
