Deliver remote support and services effectively. Execute GTAC (Global Technical Assistance Center) and other standard audit checklists for Experion system. Facilitate issue identification and analysis. Report to regional stakeholders and work closely with the global team. Proactively manage and respond to customer questions and issues. Maintain strong case documentation and follow up with Assurance 360 Performance Managers to ensure that technical recommendations effectively resolve customer issues. Support A360 Performance Managers to enable remote solutions at customer sites and consistently demonstrate PSC value with each deliverable. Enable services installation and migration. Perform system maintenance and report incident avoidance cases. Generate knowledge articles. Monitor enabled services alerts. Collect data for Experion audits. Conduct audits. Troubleshoot and fix issues. Review audit reports with performance manager and customer. Maintain the RAIL for action items and update the asset lifecycle management. Deliver priority notifications to customers and performance managers. Work on a distributed control system (DCS) – Experion PKS control system. Preventive maintenance and proactive support to ensure system availability and reduce unplanned shutdowns via audits and strong technical support process and troubleshooting techniques. Design, implement and maintain control systems like Experion PKS, using system diagnostics, asset performance tools and predictive analytics to support DCS longevity. Troubleshoot automation faults, optimize control logic and support uptime. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Instrumentation Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field. 6 years of experience with distributed control system architecture, including controllers, HMIs and field devices. 6 years of experience with PLC and SCADA control logics, loop tuning and networking concepts such as TCP, firewalls, remote access and VLANs. Ability to troubleshoot, analyze system logs and diagnose faults, and resolve software or hardware issues. Experience with Windows domain controller skills, configuring domain policies and rules. Installation and upgrade of software on live systems. Knowledge of Experion PKS (Process Knowledge Solution) and related tools such as Diagnostic Capture Tool, Control Builder, Configuration Studio, Enabled Service, C300 Controllers, Field Interface module, Controller I/Os, PGM (Profibus Gateway Module) and field experience.
