Instructional Designer
who turns complexity into clarity by crafting interactive digital courses and dynamic live workshops for learning robotic vision across factories, labs, and classrooms globally. This role is broader, faster, and closer to the cutting edge. You will create learning that drives adoption, retention, and measurable ROI for our advanced robotics vision systems. What You’ll Do
Design and build.
Create immersive e-learning modules (Articulate, Captivate, Storyline) and live workshop assets that simplify robotics training and make it repeatable. Accelerate adoption.
Build blended learning programs that reduce time-to-proficiency for operators and technicians by 30% or more. Empower trainers.
Develop instructor guides, job aids, and visual playbooks to help global training partners scale delivery. Integrate AI and analytics.
Use data to personalize learning and continuously improve outcomes. Collaborate cross-functionally.
