The Opportunity We’re looking for a
Revenue Operations Manager
to own and optimize the systems and processes that drive Apera AI’s growth.
This is not a “report-pulling” role — it’s a
growth infrastructure
role.
You’ll design and run the operational heartbeat connecting Sales, Customer Success, and Application Support, ensuring clean data, crisp forecasts, and flawless execution as we scale globally.
You’ll lead initiatives that:
Build a unified HubSpot-based revenue performance system tracking CARR, pipeline, and expansion metrics
Automate forecasting and reporting using AI-enhanced analytics
Align commercial, operations, and customer teams around one version of the truth
Launch strategic projects that modernize how Apera AI measures, predicts, and drives revenue
Within a short time, you’ll see your dashboards influencing board decisions and your process changes cutting sales cycle times. Within a year, you’ll be leading a company-wide revenue optimization roadmap.
