Job Summary This full‑time, tenure‑track position begins on August 1, 2026 in the College of Business and Computing (COBAC). The successful candidate will teach economics and management courses—including Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, Financial Literacy, Business Finance, and Strategic Management—in both traditional and online formats. The role requires curriculum development, mentoring and advising, service to the College and the University, and the production of research consistent with AACSB standards for SA qualification.
Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate and graduate economics and management courses across curriculum levels.
Develop and revise curriculum and instructional materials, including course design for online delivery.
Mentor and advise students, fostering a student‑centric educational experience.
Conduct research consistent with AACSB standards and actively engage in departmental and university service.
Participate in campus community activities and build relationships with local, regional, and industry partners.
Required Qualifications
Ph.D. or DBA in Economics from an AACSB‑Accredited university (or ABD with a defended proposal).
Strong teaching background and a passion for student engagement.
Experience teaching on‑campus and online courses preferred.
Industry experience is strongly preferred.
