The Treasury Team Lead plays a key role in supporting the oversight of the corporate treasury function, focusing on managing disbursement processes across corporate bank accounts. This position partners closely with management and station teams to ensure operational accuracy and compliance. The Treasury Lead guides a team of treasury agents, oversees core procedures, and provides consultative support to resolve issues and improve process efficiency. The Treasury Lead serves as a subject matter resource and contributes to the continuous enhancement of treasury operations. Responsibilities
Serve as team lead and mentor to the treasury team on daily activities, and function as back-up when necessary. Provide instruction to the treasury team on tasks and job techniques, and make available written instructions, reference materials, and supplies. Coordinate and distribute workload among treasury agents to ensure a balanced workload and timely completion of their work. Oversee the daily banking requests for local currency wires and ACH, as well as purchasing of foreign currencies for overseas wires. Regularly update the cash forecast and partner with the manager to address any upcoming requirements. Monitor daily bank balances to ensure sufficient funds to cover daily payments. Lead or assist various treasury project initiatives. Assist the manager with the hiring and training of new employees. Report to the manager on performance, progress, and training needs of the treasury team and any behavioral issues. Monitor the treasury team Outlook email inbox and respond to any urgent issues. Also monitor that the team is responding to their emails. Monitor daily credit card limits, account credit limits, and ensure that there is enough limit available to meet daily transaction needs. Provide SharePoint credit request weekend coverage when necessary. Perform other duties as assigned. Comply with all policies and standards. The wage range for this position is $28.90–$39.80 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience. Qualifications
Education * Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting (Required) Experience * 5+ years in accounting and/or treasury experience (Required) * 3+ years in corporate treasury experience (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Strong organizational and communication skills (High) * MS Office skills, especially MS Excel (Medium) * AS400 and Cargo Wise ERP experience (Medium) * Enterprise Resource Planning knowledge (Low) What AIT Can Offer You
